Menopause – Cooling Those Hot Flashes Fast!

Cool hot flashes of menopause, can be difficult to do, especially at night to sleep, and it may be difficult to obtain. You start focusing on your “To do list” for tomorrow, and makes you twist and more heat ..

If they seem familiar? Here is a quick solution is great .. does not cure .. but certainly helped me, especially when you’re awakened in the middle of the night by menopausal hot flashes.

Whenever an incompatible socks on laundry and throw it, set it aside. Then take this cleaning sock and fill it with rice or oats uncooked, do not fill, you want flexible and not rigid.

Then throw in some dried herbs you have around the house such as cloves, rosemary .. or my favorite is chamomile tea. (Just open a few bags of chamomile tea to rice or oats) in the sock. Chamomile has a soothing scent. Or lavender is another great scent.

Tie the open end of a chain of socks, pop, and then in the freezer for a few hours sock.

Then put the socks on the cold forehead or eyes when you go to bed or go to bed after one of your flashes. Oats or cold rice will keep you cool and the smell of herbs to help you calm down and lead to sleep.

Make some socks and they keep in the freezer, so you are sure they clear. Try, just before bedtime, especially if you have trouble sleeping. This also works for hot summer nights.

Just another tool to ease menopause!
