That all very impressive but is it affordable to run? Well surprisingly so, a set of Epson SX200 ink cartridges costs just £30, which is quiet reasonable for inkjet printer cartridges these days. If you really want to save money there are compatible Epson ink cartridges available for the SX200 which are half the price of the originals. The performance of the SX200 is equally as good as its running costs, the built-in memory card reader enable direct printing from a variety of formats including XD/SD/MS pro and CF cards. Direct photo printing is also possible from digital cameras that support PictBridge. Copy quality is good, and a colour copy speed of 39 seconds is impressive for a machine in this category, although the copier is limited to maximum of 9 copies at one time so it not best suited for large qualities. The scanner comes with lots of photo editing software as well as OCR software which enable you to scan text documents and convert them into editable files in word etc. The SX200’s strongest feature is it print quality, it doesn’t matter what type of document your printing the quality is very impressive thanks to it super high 5760 x 1440dpi resolution.
